You can cancel your appointment at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% and if there is no notification of cancellation the full service fee will be charged. We do this in order to respect your and our stylists' time. Thank you ♥
Yes, we offer complimentary consultations for all color services, major hair transformations, and special event styling. This allows our stylists to understand your vision and explain what can be realistically achieved.
We use premium professional brands including Kevin Murphy, Goldwell, Pulp Riot, Olaplex, and Amplify Extensions. We select our products based on quality, performance, as well as environmental and ethical responsibility.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for check-in, changing into a salon cape if needed, and discussing your service with your stylist.
We have very limited parking, which we reserve for staff. There is paid parking on Ventura Blvd. and free parking in the neighborhood around the salon, but with a 2 hour limit. So set your alarm!
